Leading the mission critical pharmacy department consisting of 25 team members with over $24 million annual gross revenue across 6 community pharmacies and over 90 retail contract pharmacies, responsible for creating annual and long-term goals for providing pharmacy services which include medication dispensation and other pharmacy clinical program to address social determinants of health and ensure access to care in the communities we serve for executive leadership approval.

Within 6 months of becoming pharmacy manager took due measures such as returning excess inventory and non-movers (medication that have been on the shelf for more than 120 days) to supplier.
This helped to reduce inventory from $128,000 above target to $18,000 below target.
Promoted to RPM reporting to the regional director of pharmacy.
Responsible for nineteen pharmacy stores with total sales revenue of over $61 million, and inventory of over $4.5million.
