- The OLE-LCB application would be used by the Risk Managers to monitor the Obligor Limit Exceptions. Obligor Limit exception would be calculated every month and reported using OLE-LCB user interface. Also, A web based tool which automates the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Limits and reports Processing. It is a redesign of the Credit Risk Limits Framework of CitiGroup. A centralized warehouse was created to host limits settings, exposures, history and audit trails. The new limits infrastructure is integrated with the Limits Workflow tool and GMR database.
