I have over 19 years of experience working in Senior Living communities, 17 of them in the same facility.

I have worked in supervisory and management positions for 16 of these years.

My experience is both in the area of Activities - planning, programming and conducting activities for various levels of care (Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and Memory Care), as well as Resident Services - liaisoning between residents and families and other departments, completing assessments, facilitating transitions into the community and between levels of care, assisting with resources and services, and more.
