At my current job I work in the kitchen as a "Certified Trainer". Essentially, I am the head BOH (back of house/ kitchen) trainer so I train any new kitchen employees. Although this job would be a much different environment than my current place of employment, the main goal is the same. Serving the guests and creating an environment where they feel welcomed, comfortable and taken care of by the staff so that they find themselves wanting to come back again and again. I am a hard worker and I take pride in my work. I take instruction well so with the right direction I'm sure I will turn into a reliable, valuable part of your staff.
