  • Part of PACoE(Process Automation and Centre of Excellence Team) with AI Labs in Innovation Office. Group is responsible for automating/ creating workflows to optimize manual processes to create operational efficiency, mitigate RIsk and reduce Time.
  • Leads the RPA development team globally which primarily includes Blue Prism (RPA) along with Microsoft Power Automate, Abbyy Products(FlexiCapture/ Finereader), Unqork.
  • Responsible for stakeholder collaboration to identify automation use cases. Hence, analyse, document, manage, develop and deliver multiple RPA projects across the firm.
  • Leads the Design Review Committee to make sure all the projects follow the best development practices.
  • Maintains and manages the infrastructure of Blue Prism, which includes the Servers and VMs.
  • Manages processes to avoid over-utilisation of resources and licenses.
  • Ensure RBAC, Documentation, Information Security steps are followed for Audit purposes.
  • Apart from developing RPA solutions, develop solutions using other 3rd party tools, GPT models, Python, APIs.
  • Responsible for Project Management and development using ADO’s Scrum and Kanban Agile Methodologies.
  • Learnt and implemented the usage of cost saving GPT models using Generative AI
  • Core Member of WIT (Women in Tech) forum. Organise various events for up-skilling women within the firm and local schools.
