- Subject matter expert for Workplace Experience Financial metrics and Occupancy reporting.
- Pioneered, built SQL queries and designed the Portfolio Cost Metrics Tableau dashboard that showcases health of the Corporate and Back office portfolio as well as the Call Center portfolio in terms of Occupancy Costs per Seat, headcount and Attendance metrics. This would allow senior leadership to identify opportunities to merge sites or dispose sites, allowing employees to work remotely, decreasing Operating Expenses (OPEX).
- Designed the queries for Portfolio Metrics, Occupancy trends and financial trends; updating and delivering the Corporate Real Estate and Facilities (CRE&F) dashboard on a monthly basis. The dashboard showcases our CAPEX and OPEX performances, Workforce social metrics, Workforce metrics e.g. meals served, social hour expenses and site level studies of utilization. This is delivered to the SVP of HR and Workplace Experience.
- Designed and delivered current version of Transactions Dashboard presenting KPIs and performance analytics of Corporate Real Estate Transactions team showing how Landlord lease expense per square foot rates for new lease renewals and acquisitions compare against market rates. These 'Mark-to-Market' KPI dashboards are presented, in addition to disposition savings during a monthly meeting with the Director of Workplace Experience real estate Transactions and his team.
- Designed, automated and delivered the current version of the Occupancy Reporting for Standard Offices, Call Centers and Network & Critical Sites for the VP of Workplace Experience, and the Occupancy Planning teams.
- Participated in Magenta Verse initiative. Above efforts in tracking financial, occupancy and badge information have allowed my leaders to dispose of 61 sites as part of this initiative. I tracked the End-to-End Process of Magenta Verse reporting and the progress of vacating the headcount from these sites. This initiative has led to 16M USD of OPEX cost savings in 2023 and 75M of cost savings through the tenure of all the leases of these impacted sites.
- Wrote complex SQL queries and developed the Automated Single Source of Truth Tableau report that shows all the site level details in addition to occupancy broken down by main functional groups, and major decision dates. This would be used by the transactions and strategy teams in Workplace Experience.
- Queried and developed the End-to-End Process Report to ensure that all transactions and construction projects are on track to be completed by the forecasted dates, highlighting projects at significant risks.
- Intermediate SQL and Advanced Tableau user, and a dashboard design subject matter expert for the Workplace Experience Systems and Reporting Team. Trained two new business analysts, mentoring one analyst and interviewed new interns who would join the team.
- Performing data quality analyses across tables and views stored in our SQL databases, and involved in the initiative to keep tables more succinct, queries more efficient and worked with my team to get rid of 50 views that are not utilized. These would keep our Azure SQL database more robust and improve performance and run-time of queries run in it.
- Built business processes and vendor relations with the SAP Front End team to bring in SAP Cost information into the Azure data warehouse for three different segments of T- Mobile. Also work closely with the lease accounting and FP&A teams to ensure that all the financial information reported are consistent between the Workplace Experience department and FP&A.

- Spear-headed the Synergies reporting following the integration of T-Mobile with Sprint, showing combined occupancies of the T-Mobile and Sprint portfolios.
- Created and automated daily badge data via the Integrated Badge reporting.
- Developed and automated the Occupancy trend Tableau report on Tableau showing headcount trends post merger.
- Created an employee parking visualization dashboard that shows how many parking spots are occupied versus the capacity and optimal capacity. The parking utilization report analyzes weekly trends that show parking occupancy by the day of the week. Eventually, this report would come in handy during the consolidation of the Bellevue East and Main campuses into the Main campus, as it helped the Corporate Real Estate Facilities team plan the parking situation. The cost savings were 6M USD in 2023.
- Created a dual axis heat map on Tableau that would illustrate the building names on the map, alongside a density map of the employee home locations in relation to the buildings. This would enable managers to look at the average distance and drive times between the buildings and the employee home locations. The geospatial analysis helps the managers prepare for the return-to-work scenarios post pandemic. It also illustrated how far some locations are from the employee home locations, and would add weight to the Magenta Verse initiative mentioned in my recent experience.
- Performed data quality analysis on headcount being assigned to Expired Workday locations and working with the Occupancy planning team to get them removed.
- Worked on a conference room utilization report that shows the usage of conference rooms across different locations.
