I'm a quick learner and i give my best in everything i do. At JAX2, i stow , i count and i do problem Solve in Damage Land. When stowing, i'm top in Quality and productivity most of the time according to our Team Leaders. I became an Ambassador in less than 6 months. As stow ambassador, i trained a lot of New Hires. I trained associates in both stow and Damage Land. My first priority is always Safety then Quality. I've received at lot of Shout-out and appreciations from our Leaders for doing great work. I'm good with communicating instructions to other associates in a kind , friendly and respectful manner. I've helped a lot of associates including Haitians in improving and understanding better their work because i speak French too. I'm often requested by Learning Team to do AUDITS.
