As I am ready to take the next step in my career as a CNA, working in a nursing home has taught me a lot and given me the experience to fulfill my educational needs, working in a hospital would not only help me advance in my career but give me the opportunity to help others. As a bilingual CNA not only do I have the skills but I bring all around education of communication and have a better understanding than others might not have. I am committed to providing excellent patient care by assenting and help whenever it is needed. As well as,working and becoming a department manager in McDonald's has taught me to be a collaborative leader partners with coworkers to promote engaged, empowering work culture.
