• I serve as the supply technician for the 90th Sus BDE consisting of over 100 personnel. Oversees a variety of administrative duties associated with procurement, maintenance, supply reporting, invoicing and turn-in headquarters equipment. I ensure equipment maintenance is conducted in accordance with army systems. Supervises the receipt, issue, inspection, inventory, segregation, storage, disposal, delivery and turn-in of organization and installation supplies, materials and equipment.

• Receive work requests, conducts inventories, prepares, reconciles, updates all organizational supply and property book records in the Global Combat Supply System-Army (GCSS-Army). Flawlessly manages 10 hand receipts, sensitive and cyclic inventories over three areas and filled critical Modification Table of Organizational Equipmen (MTOE) shortages to allow units to operate between 95-100%.

• Responsible for requisitioning supplies and maintains automated supply systems accurately accounting for over 13,000,000 of government furnished property. Also receiving, issuing and maintaining accountability of supplies and equipment. Procures shortage items identified as mission critical.

• Responsible for physical security of small arms, weapons and repair parts storage facilities. Receives work requests and schedules maintenance for small arms. Instructed and trained subordinates in supply transactions and maintenance procedures, resulting in personnel becoming as asst in unit level supply and maintenance operations. Performed two change of command inventories resulting in minimal property loss documents.

• Completed drivers training during battle assembly hours which certified me to occasionally operate motor vehicles to pick up and deliver parts and supplies.
• I travel within assigned area and conducts formal and informal training for supported USAR units on maintenance, supply maintenance management, and material and unit readiness. Assisted units with follow up actions as determined by technical assistance visits as well as maintained maintenance records for USAR units that did not have maintenance capabilities.
