Review and validate first article inspection reports. Provide weekly reports on current volume for documents for review. Evaluate and review current incoming reports and process then to AS9102 standards. Generate discrepancy reports with explanation on entry errors.

In direct collaboration with Owners to discuss and conduct annual AS9100 audit via PRI. Delegated personal to assist in AS9100 PRI audit. This would include but not limited to CAR’s, Internal Audits, Past and Present completed orders, safety checks and ensure employees are in compliance with company requirements. Assist and resolve in mitigating large expenditures

Establish long term agreement orders with vendors to improve communication of demand needs. Expanding the internal approved supplier list to meet the high mix low volume demand. Utilizing approved vendors to meet customers’ needs and expectations for in process and finished goods. Cost efficient when acquiring materials and other services. Collaboration with sales, machinists and shop floor personnel for inquiring the correct materials, tooling, and hardware needed in completing projects. Monitoring open orders to ensure lead times are met and update travel logs

Performed many QC functions during my role as specialist. Working on FAIR's, CAR's, process implementations, AS9100D review and implementation into company procedures and work instructions, Receiving Inspector of special processes (i.e. anodizing, Chem film, passivate, welding, paints, etc) In process inspector worked with various inspection tools (i,e, caliper, micrometer, various CMM machines) and blueprint reading
