The Riva Grill is a very lively restaurant right on the beach so I learned to provide all guests with great service by focusing on the customers and what they may need next from another drink to the closing bill as well as behavior regarding alcohol intake so checking identification to enforce age regulations for alcoholic beverages was and always is very important. Bussed and reset an 8-10 table section while performing all server responsibility's and maintaining a clean work and dining area. Served for the private events and was able to provide excellent, personal service for large wedding's, birthday's and other party's.

At the lakefront cafe I was responsible for opening the restaurant so the dining room, outdoor patio and expo station were all setup for a successful service. On night shifts i was responsible for cleaning all dining areas and restocking for the next days shift. My section would change from 6-14 tables depending on shift and station. I was always able to provide great customer service and handle all side work.
