  • Determine whether the samples are doming or curling using LK-Navigator 2.
  • Measure the fiberglass placement using Dino-lite Digital Microscope.
  • Measure wear layer thickness using Dino-lite Digital Microscope.
  • Test the flexibility of all Manderals using the Cylindrical Manderal Apparatus.
  • Enter all the information gathered from the initial testing of all samples in the quality AC excel sheet.
  • Test pellets in 8 areas such as; Round, Too Thick, Not Round, Blisters, Dust, Combined, Pellets, Average Thickness, and Average Diameter.
  • Using the Partan 3D Pellet Analyzer.
  • Test material scratch durability by using the Martindale Abrasion Tester.
  • At the end of the shift place all samples gathered throughout the shift in their corresponding oven for 6 hours.
  • Keep the area organized and clean.
  • Inform the next quality technician of any issues the samples had.
