• Preform in-line quality audit inspection on parts during production run.

• Ensure Parts are labeled correctly.
• Ensure part disposition (scanning) is conducted in a timely manner.
• Manage completed job packets.
• Establish/Maintain part samples (1st part/last part) from each production run.
• Communicate any issues to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain work area in a clean and orderly condition.
• Ensure the Quality Management System requirements are met.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Use SAP to provide the lamination tech with the correct standard from the order rack.
• Measure total weight of all lamination samples, then enter all the information to the quality excel sheet.
• Measure dimensional stability of all lamination samples and write it in the corresponding position, then enter all the information to the quality excel sheet.
• Determine whether the samples are doming or curling using LK-Navigator 2.
• Measure the fiberglass placement using Dino-lite Digital Microscope.
• Measure wear layer thickness using Dino-lite Digital Microscope.
• Test the flexibility of all Manderals using the Cylindrical Manderal Apparatus.
• Enter all the information gathered from the initial testing of all samples in the quality AC excel sheet.
• Test pellets in 8 areas such as; Round, Too Thick, Not Round, Blisters, Dust, Combined, Pellets, Average Thickness, and Average Diameter.
• Using the Partan 3D Pellet Analyzer.
• Test material scratch durability by using the Martindale Abrasion Tester.
• At the end of the shift place all samples gathered throughout the shift in their corresponding oven for 6 hours.
• Keep the area organized and clean.
• Inform the next quality technician of any issues the samples had.

• Follow startup/ shutdown procedures and start up/ shut down equipment.
• Load material utilizing lift trucks.
• Follow and complete all processing and checking off sheets to ensure proper processing.
• Carry out inspections and fill out appropriate inspection sheets.
• Ensure machinery settings are within the desired specifications.
• Follow all testing and inspection procedures and record results.
• Enter production and create labels for material via use of computer, scan gun, and printer.
• Load pallets, doff pallets and place on or in bins utilizing all safety procedures.
• Work in a safe manner.

• Directing all drivers.
• Coordinating all pick-ups / drop offs (for all four plants).
• Receive, weigh, and direct all inbound loads.
• Ensure that drivers have directions and know where to go.
• Schedule deliveries and pick-ups (communicate via phone/e-mail).
• Arrange inner-company loads.
• Communicate with plant supervisor/managers.
• Responsible for the inspection of trailers, trucks, and tanks.
• Establish and keep relationships with trailer repair companies.
• Maintain records of all repairs.
• Follow DOT employee guidelines.
• Create paperwork for all inbound/outbound loads.
• Provide paperwork to AR for billing in a timely manner.
• Provide paperwork to AP in a timely manner.
• Keep up with all PO"s issued.

• Oversee keeping the product in spec.
• Responsible for verifying raw material is usable before purchases by obtaining the Melt, PE%, and Ash of the material on every load.
• Test material during production in 7 areas; Melt, PE%, Ash, Metal, TIO2, Flex, and Tensile.
• Report when melt is not within desired range of customer to production supervisor so it can be adjusted.
• Responsible for obtaining a sample of each finished product before shipping.
• Test material of finished product before shipping.
• Create final test results paperwork to send to customer along with final product.
• Train all new quality control personnel.
