As a result, the First Time Failure metric reduced from 35% to below 8%.
• Performed Work Standard studies, led the implementation of additional Flow Testers, and modified the work cell layout to increase the E100 Mixer output by 60% to meet customer demand.

• Company Overview: Windshield Wipers.
• Responsible for managing and improving processes and metrics for quality assurance, metrology, incoming inspection, calibration, new product qualification, corrective and preventative actions, material review board, supplier monitoring/development, and the quality management system to meet customer, internal, and IATF 16949 requirements.
• Led teams to reduce process variation, scrap, downtime, and rework, resulting in decreases in customer concerns, PPMs, and cost of quality by applying the DMAIC process.
• Implemented a detailed 5 Whys process to identify and address root causes for complex systemic issues.
• Reviewed supplier assessments and performed audits to support supplier selection.
