
Highly motivated Firefighter graduate from the DoD fire academy assigned to the 137th Special Operations Wing in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma (since February of 2024) with training and experience in multiple different firefighting aspects such as: Emergency Response in medical, fire and hazmat response performing tactics that protect patients and surrounding environments by preventing spread of hazardous materials and fire while assisting higher trained personnel in their specific duties as best as possible to ensure safety and control over the situation while also performing basic life support techniques to ensure patient wellbeing and safety until properly transported by appropriate personnel with higher levels of medical training. Bringing discipline, strong work ethic, physical fitness and an inclination to the ability to work with others as a team from a background in the United States Air Force with prior experience in a federal occupation while working under the Transportation Security Administration, Committed to Serving and providing my Fire Department with a dependable mission-focused asset on the Fire ground and in the Fire Department.
Received training in Emergency Response in firefighting and medical understanding to assist higher trained medical personnel with their duties as well as provide first aid and life saving skills when called on, Operation and safe practical use of firefighting tools and equipment such as ladders, hoses, SCBA, heavy tools, saws, ropes/knots, approved medical equipment and other firefighting tools. Training in Search and Rescue in little to zero visibility conditions in structural and aircraft emergency conditions and incidents while practicing safety for all the members of my team, additional personnel and patients on scene. Completed necessary objectives and evaluations in fire suppression in structures, vehicles, combustible materials cylinders, wildland fires, and aircraft, performing shutdown procedures with training to perform life saving techniques for injured victims inside and around the IDLH. Acquired training in vehicle extrication in cars and larger vehicles with heavy duty hydraulic rescue tools for patient extrication and medical assessment to appropriate transport to a hospital or higher level of medical care. Received training in initial hazmat emergency response procedures at the operations level in order to protect People, Property and the surrounding environment.
