Is to provide and order parts for Gas Industrial Units for upcoming scheduled Make Ready. Old units are shipped to a Make Ready shop. Engineers provide a SOW scope for the unit of what parts are needed for the unit. Engineers send out a parts check list of what needs to be ordered/replaced for the Compression Frame and Gas Engine. Major Maintenance Field Technicians goes out to the field to frame minor maintenance jobs due to overdue hours. Major Maintenance Manager sends out a schedule for each unit when a unit is due for maintenance with a requested list of parts needed. I pulled from our inventory as needed or get in contact with vendors to purchase parts. Delivery is provided upon request from area managers or field technicians. Whether that's delivering parts or engines on a trailer

• Maintaining accurate and acceptable physical inventory levels of spare parts, supplies, and tools. In doing so, the materials representative will adequately support the field services team in providing a high quality level of service to the customer. When the Field Technician calls us out for parts that is needed or requesting that goes on the engine/compressor or other aftermarket parts, I look up the serial number and find what's the part number and get it ordered. Upon doing so, I give the FST a lead time and have it delivered to the destination of where it needs to go. We also do cycle counts every quarter in the year. I have eight areas to count where inventory is stored in the c-crate/warehouse for FST's to get into when they need parts for our units. We have company vehicles for us to transport inventory to restock our sites and deliver. Make deliveries and pick up spare parts and supplies as necessary Count spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy Place orders with vendors for spare parts and supplies Ship and receive parts orders utilizing various forms of technology (i.e. computer software, barcode scanner, etc.) Perform general housekeeping duties in warehouse, field storage, and office areas Process order requests from field service technicians via phone or e-mail Participate in safety training program and contribute to continuous improvement of safety guidelines Maintain company vehicle through routine vehicle maintenance and inspection Track outstanding core parts and return cores to vendors for credit Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, etc.) Ability to reconcile invoices Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by supervisor.

• Job description over there was to maintain inventory and provide the compression parts and tools for our FSTs. I would get quad-o's from our vendors and order the parts when a job is coming up for our FST's. I maintain house cleaning in the shop, bump test the H2S monitors and also replacing when needed.

• Stock inventory. Charge parts to a work order that goes to our FST's or customers. Cycle Counts twice a year. Maintain housekeeping inside/outside warehouse. Keep up with cores that come in and send them off.

• When I first started I pulled parts and bag/tag and staged for our customers. In two months I graduated to Shipping and Receiving. We checked in parts that was coming in from the shuttle and other trucks. We would ship parts to our customers when requested. Also I would help out in the Core area when needed. I also worked in the hose shop. I build the hose when orders come in and when a customer brings in a used hose, I would build him/her the same hose if parts were available. We also did cycle counts yearly back then. I also delivered parts to the engine/machine/truck shop to the requested bay.
