Responsible for Managing, Operating, and Maintaining Concrete Batch Plant. Duties included, but not limited to the following.

• Batching Concrete.
• Preventative Maintenance, Troubleshooting/Repairing defective or damaged parts on the batch plant.
• Operate Heavy Equipment such as Front End Loaders, Excavators, Haul Truck, Water Truck and more.
• Loading trucks of outgoing materials such as Rock, Gravel, Sand Ect.

Responsible for filling all job positions when needed. Operating all machinery and tools efficiently and effectively. Training new employees on job positions and safety factors. Assisting Supervisor with everyday operations within the Sawmill.
