  • Recruit, hire, and train maintenance team members and manage regular and on-call shift scheduling. Monitor member training courses for compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records on preventative maintenance, work orders, apartment renovations, roof leaks, refrigerant logs, snow logs, MSDS sheets, and equipment.
  • Identify and correct dangerous conditions in the community.
  • Assistance to other locations of the same company (Windsor by The Galleria, Windsor Westbridge, Windsor Preston, The Monterrey by Windsor, Glass House by Windsor)
