• Materials experience includes unidirectional tape, woven fabric, fiberglass. also have autoclave and forklift experience, bond repairs and/or bond lay-up training. As well as tooling, building cauls and master bond molds.

• Work within the standards of our Quality Management system as well as ISO9XX & AS91XX series regulation, applicable customer requirements, lean procedures and principles In order to achieve 1st time quality product.
• Assure that every part of the inspection job is electronically maintained in the company (MES) Manufacturing Execution system.
• Deliver continuous customer support by correcting and maintaining the product. Ensuring that all final product quality is 100% within our manufacturing practices and customer requirements.
• Maintain quality standards by confirming incoming materials specifications, and conducting visual and measurement tests.
• Work with engineers and other employees, contractors and management to ensure quality standards are met.
• Operated multiple fabricating machines i.e. Accudyne (Stinger former), (ATLM) Automatic Tape Laying Machine, (RPC) Rapid Ply Cutter, cutoff saws, shears, rolls, brakes, presses.
• Comprehension of blueprints, product specifications and tooling instructions to plan correct operational sequences and prevent materials waste and improve product efficiency.
