- Performed Field Tamper Recovery (FTR), upgrading cryptographic device firmware, and ensuring the interoperability of firmware versions between enterprise encryptions

- Knowledge of the General Dynamics TACLANE line of In-Line Network Encryptors (INE), to include the KG-175A, KG-175D, KG-250X, KG-175F and KG-175GM
- Responsible for generation and distribution of electronic COMSEC keys, documents and perform key destruction in accordance with National Security Agency (NSA) guidelines
- Programming and operating approved key fill devices, including KIK-13, AN/CYZ-10 and AN/PYQ-10(C)
