- Expert in Protein purification using Biologic, AKTA Pure, AKTA Process, and AKTA Pilot equipment and other scientific methods for Protein A, G, IAP, and absorptions
- Fractionate antiserum by Octanoic acid precipitation, Ammonium sulfate fractionation, and phosphate glass
- Experience in antibody conjugation by HRP, FITC, CY3, Biotinylation, and production of F(ab’)2 Fragment
- Performed complex assays to determine concentration, purity, adhesion, and protein expression
