I have been assisting providers, co-workers, and patients to the best of my ability. I administer medications and vaccines when necessary. My current role consists of but are not limited to rooming patients/taking vitals, back office tasks, refill requests, arranging labs, imaging, collecting pertinent records and data for providers and adding testing to patient’s specimens when needed (i.e Neogenomic, Foundation 1, Caris etc). I also ensure that exam rooms are sanitized, restocked and organized along with the medical equipment.

My role consisted of but was not limited to rooming patients/taking vitals, setting up for minor procedures, performing in house laboratory tests, blood draws, sending out referrals, obtaining pre-authorizations, administering vaccines and refill requests.
