As a dedicated member of the 777 Interiors Team, I have been anticipating the new build of the -9 and I am excited for the opportunity to be part of the leadership team as we are approaching our first full interiors build. My goals in any past leadership position have been to build teams that are focused on quality, encourage ownership mindset for the product we deliver, facilitate a safe environment where employees can look out for each other while continuously working together to make their jobs more effective.
With nearly three years of experience in the Manufacturing Team, I aim to bridge the gap between the shop floor, leadership, and engineering. I bring exceptional communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a fast aptitude for learning. Accomplishments
- In my current position as a Vinyl Repair team member on 777 Interiors team, I pursued solutions to in-shop problems by connecting with engineering and working towards changing wording on MPL that was hindering production flow and added unnecessary cost. Only a couple months later, the changes were implemented and we are already seeing an improvement in the process, as featured in Boeing News Now - Wiring, tooling, you name it: Teammates tackle factory issues.
- I lead our E.I team and help facilitate solutions for internal issues that can improve our jobs and quality, along with being compliant focused
- I helped put together our 5S assignment board to ensure safety, quality and compliance
- I am currently pursuing better training for our Vinyl Repair team to deliver better quality through our rework
