During this period, I effectively oversaw the publications management program to ensure all 23 responsible officers had access to all publications resulting in a 100% for publications control during the fiscal year field supply and maintenance analysis office inspection. Furthermore, I meticulously reviewed over 280 training events recorded, identifying and correcting more than 434 discrepancies. I established processes and procedures to manage the correction of these discrepancies, as a result, I battle-tracked all mission-essential records across 11th Marine Regiment and received a 98% on the training program during the inspection. My exceptional professionalism, unrelenting perseverance, and loyal devotion to duty reflected credit upon me and were in keeping with the highest traditions of the marine Corps and the United States Naval Service.
