· Serve as client benefit coordinator
· Process a variety of fiscal documents and transactions ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
· Assist colleagues as needed
· Greet and assist customers with their financial transactional needs including cash handling, processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, pay offs, check ordering and other account maintenance.
· Help Clients reconcile their accounts
· Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate department
· Make outbound calls to inform clients about maturing products as well as special promotions
· Schedule appointments for clients with bankers, loan officers and financial advisors
· Always positive, friendly and empathetic to clients
· Assist clients with essential financial needs including processing deposits, withdrawals, payments, closing accounts, wire transfers, redeeming credit card points, updating client profile information such as phone number, address, email, ordering. Ordering checks and debit cards as well as handling cash.
