Culturaldiversity

I was born in El Salvador.  My family immigrated to the United States in 1982 because of our civil war.  Due to war, I have had family members die and my life be up rooted, but this experience taught me to be empathetic, determined and resilient.  I am fluent in Spanish which allows me to better serve the growing Hispanic population in Central Ohio and at Grant Medical Center.  My Latino heritage gives OhioHealth a more diverse and inclusive representation.
