• Design complex HFC broadband plant utilizing various design software programs.
• Utilize various Utilize various CAD/GIS software programs (Bentley, Spatial, AutoCAD, and Magellan) to digitize base, strand, coax, fiber designs, fiber splicing documentation and BOMs in accordance with the Charter Communications digitizing standards and specifications.
• Perform quality control checks on field mapping, field notes and/or map digitizing to ensure all specifications are met.
• Provide technical guidance and QC of contractor work in support of existing specifications across various architecture concepts.
• Document and digitize construction as-builds for project reconciliation as required.
• Schedule work assignments, monitor project work flow and maintain accurate weekly production reports.
• Make copies of system prints or engineering documents as required.

• Develop advance network designs: manage complex designs for telecommunications networks, including FTTx and OSP.
• Utilize various CAD/GIS software programs (Bentley, Spatial, AutoCAD, to digitize base, strand, coax, fiber designs, fiber splicing documentation and BOMs in accordance with the Comcast business digitizing standards and specifications.
• Ability to address technical conflicts and optimize designs for performance and efficiency.
• Oversee design projects, ensuring they meet efficiency and technical standards.
• QC of contractor work in support of existing specifications across various architecture concepts.

Working at AT&T Department.

• Create detailed designs for telecommunication facilities, including fiber, hybrid fiber-coaxial (HFC), and copper networks, for both outside plant (aerial and underground) and inside plant Key responsibilities
• Use CAD software as AutoCAD and Microstation) and GIS platforms to generate detailed maps, designs, and other construction documents.
• Prepare plans, specifications, reports, cost estimates, and schedules for assigned projects.
• Work closely with engineers, project managers, clients, and field technicians to solve design issues and ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct quality control checks on designs to ensure they meet industry standards, client specifications, and local regulations.
• Assist with preparing documents and managing the permitting process with utility companies and government agencies.
