In 2023, I carried out the international artistic residency in Sertão Negro, Goiânia, in the State of Goiás. I also participated in the international artistic research at Pivô, in São Paulo, and received the Marc Ferrez National Photography Prize, both in 2022. In 2020, I was graced for the TCU (Federal Court of Accounts) national exhibitions award in Brasília. in 2019, I participated in an international collective exhibition at Fundación Klemm, in Buenos Aires and in MAC, Montevideo. in 2016, I was a nominated artist for the Pipa Award. I received Funarte’s Contemporary Art Award in 2015. I lived in Berlin between 2013 and 2015 and exhibited my work at Nassauischer Kunstverein Wiesbaden and at Hochschule für Bildende Künste Dresden.
The Marc Ferrez Photography Award is a photography award from Brazil, held by the National Arts Foundation. With competition at a national level, its objective is to "stimulate reflection and artistic experience, in addition to the commitment to audience development, social inclusion and sustainability."
During this project, I photographed a special Quilombola community landscape in the interior of Brazil.
