I am deeply committed to challenging myself both intellectually and academically to become to best version of myself, in order to best serve my community. Through personal experience, I have learned how feeling misunderstood can impact one's sense of self and confidence. I aspire to empower others by providing access to tools and resources that foster fulfilling lives. I am dedicated to continually enhancing my resume and skill set by actively seeking opportunities to strengthen my professional profile.
Feminist Theatre Makers main role on campus is focused on diversity and inclusion in the collaborative space of theatre. Historically, theatre has been used to pass down stories, from comedic to tragic alike. It is of major importance to tell peoples' stories who may not previously have had a platform to speak their truth, so that we may all feel seen and understood within our community.
Provided a safe and welcoming environment for women in the shelter to let out their fears and frustrations, as well as laughter and joy, through guided theatre exercises.
