Greeted and seated guests efficently while communicating fairly with servers and managers. Manage wait times and large parties of 10+ using digital POS systems for optimal seating arrangements to keep things fair, organized and timely. Also assisted in training any new staff or answering questions on procedures and tasks while recollecting menus and sorting them, and keeping the host stand clear of anything that may obstruct operational functions.

Delivered beverages and food efficiently to guests, ensuring timely service and satisfaction. Also collaborated with bartenders to maintain inventory, fruit, and replenish supplies as needed. Monitored guest preferences and provide them with the services asked if the server was not present at the time. Restocking lids, cups, refilling teas, retrieving and cleaning basic tools needed. Kept to par with cleaning the stations consistently and ensuring organization and tidiness. Making sure everything is within reach to servers getting things for their own tables, and communicating well with team members, servers, managers if there is an issue.

Worked in shop. Carried out the normal cleaning tasks, restocking, cleaning the lobby, the floors, preparing the food and ingredients for the sandwiches, and worked the drive thru. Unfortunately had to leave this job previously due to moving changes.
