I get the opportunity to work with some really great people form our community by helping them with their Banking needs from opening to closing Accounts. Personal and Business, Checking, Savings, Money Markets, CD's, HSA's, IRA's, and Safe Deposit Boxes, Customer Balancing Checkbook, Deposits, Withdrawals, Account Transfers, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders, Wire Transfers, Disputes and ACH Transfers. I also help set up and maintain Online Banking and Bill Pay for Personal and Business Customers. I have addressed issues and complaints made by customers and help them have a better outcome on the situation. I have trained and continue to help/train our New Accounts Reps at all five Branches. I feel in my position there is always room for growth and i myself continue to learn everyday!

I got to work with lots of customers from our community by opening up new Verizon accounts, answering product and service questions, recommending products that would best suit the customer, updated account information to maintain customer records. Used company troubleshooting resolution tree to evaluate technical problems and find the appropriate solution. Offered advice and assistance to help fix any issues. Educated customers about billing, payment processing and processed Verizon bill payments. Counted inventory monthly.
