PTA and Moms group leader

For the past 5 years I volunteered at my children's school on the PTA performing various duties that include; organizing and executing big events like Valentine game night, organized fundraisers for the school, recruited members for our PTA, organized class parties, helped set up and tear down after the events, collaborated with parents and teachers to provide high quality activities for the school. I also  attended and was on leadership with my local MOPS group which is a group for mothers with preschool students. I attended meetings to collaborate, have fellowship and plan the semesters activities for the mothers, I then led a table with 10 mothers that involved discussions, activities, and encouraged adn supported them during their walk in motherhood.

The past 4 summers 2021-2024 I volunteered at Friends Church in Yorba Linda, CA and was a Green group color lead. In my position I was in charge of overseeing 40 small group leaders and provided support for their groups which was about 150 students ages 8-10 male and female. I managed them and led them to several daily activities while providing safety support and communicated closely with parents, program directors and medical staff in case of an emergency. The whole program provides a summer program for 1500 students.
