Adrianna Springett

- Chairman of the Houston Panhellenic Council Recruitment Team. Oversaw all recruitment operations: recruitment scheduling, room reservations, times, attire, marketing, recruitment counselors, PNM processes, and week of recruitment operations.

- Held constant communication with chapter recruitment teams. Hosted recruitment roundtable meetings every month where teams were updated on progress, and mediated all discussions regarding recruitment for the year.

- Worked with the RFM Specialist (Release Figure Methodology) to coordinate PNM schedules, chapter bid lists, priorities, etc. Ran the Campus Director system. Revised the Recruitment Rules before the start of the recruitment period and coordinated two Recruitment Rules sessions to University of Houston's Panhellenic Council (360 women). Created and held three Recruitment Orientation sessions to potential new members (150 women).

- Maintained a 93% Recruitment Retention Rate for the 2023 Panhellenic Formal Recruitment, a 13% increase compared to 2022 (80%).

- Served on the chapter management team, nominating committee, and house corporation board. Oversaw the director of house management and director of funds.
- Created and managed the chapter budget, paid all chapter expenses prior to due dates, and maintained financial records and any needed adjustments to members’ accounts on Greekbill.
- Filed monthly reports to collegiate finance through Greekbill, communicated to members the financial health of the chapter, and worked with the chapter management team to ensure that budgets were used efficiently.
