Coordinate volunteers, prepare lessons, and lead Sunday morning youth small group and Wednesday night youth group

- Pray for these youth and invest in their lives

- Collaborate with the Lead Pastor

- Be present at 10:15 contemporary worship and other ongoing opportunities in the life of the Stone River

• Provide visionary leadership for Youth Ministry by:

- Working with the Youth Ministry Leaders to ensure that the ministry is well-connected

- Promoting the Youth Ministry by collaborating with Communications Director

- Engaging with youth families to practice radical hospitality

- Planning and leading: events, missions, and community outreach for our youth

• Recruit and train volunteers for Sunday small group, Wednesday Night ministry, and special events by:

- Ensuring that the church's Safe Sanctuary Policies are being carried out in the Youth Ministry program

- Shepherding, encouraging and providing resources to those who volunteer

• Developed and implemented engaging youth programs fostering spiritual growth and community involvement.

• Interacted with parents and guardians of children participating in services, classes and events to build strong relationships and expand church membership.
• Coordinated with pastor to define and advance children's ministry vision and align with overall church vision.
