Analyzes caller’s questions to formulate an accurate and concise response using client-approved resources and records inquiries and interactions in the appropriate databases following organizational, client and regulatory guidelines.

Identifies, records and triages adverse events and product complaints according to organizational, client and regulatory guidelines and provides additional support (including follow up) as needed.

Maintains advanced knowledge of project and corporate policies and procedures including client products, SOPs, protocols, GCPs, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Works closely with internal and external client contacts (up to and including members of client management) to resolve complex inquiries. As needed, research medical literature and drafts responses for such inquiries. Serves as subject matter expert for designated areas of knowledge, including diseases, processes and products.

May review and approve responses by other team members, assist with regular quality checks and provide training and coaching on processes for managing inquiries, database and technology training.

• ENT, Eyes, Colonoscopies and Endoscopies, GYN, Laparoscopic, Pain Management, Plastic Surgery, Podiatry, and Urology cases. • Pick cases per physician preference cards, coordinate with outside reps. needed for cases.

• Responsible for ordering supplies for the Endo Suite.

• Conduct patient assessments, consideration of patients’ needs regarding their age group, preschool, school age, adolescent, adult or elderly.

• Perform treatments as ordered by physician for surgical preparation, perform therapeutic nursing interventions as established by individualized plan of care for patient and his/her family, ensure all needed equipment and supplies are available as needed for surgical procedure, continually monitor patient safety before, during and after surgery, documentation, patient reporting to PACU RN after case.

• Documentation and assisted in small cases or when extra hands are needed.

• Orthopedic Surgeries to include General orthopedic cases and working with Dr. D. Paley in multiple cases for limb lengthening and corrective procedures.
