Main responsibilities include BMS Unit maintenance such as changing motors, changing belts greasing and replacing bearings. Replace electrical component and wiring pump motors and VFD. Fan power box and VAV maintenance such as filters, and leak detection. Managed emergency power systems including ATS, switchgear, batteries, and generators. extensive experience running generators on a weekly basis while troubleshooting alarms, load bank and breakers as well as taking readings. Operate on a siemens BMS system daily. Also do preventive maintenance on the automatic fire pump and jackie fire pump and monthly inspections on the automatic Sprinkler /Standpipe Systems.
