Software Engineer
2 Years 4 Months- Partnered with enterprise customers to design and implement secure payment integrations using the Basis Theory platform. Work closely with engineering teams to understand their architecture, design scalable payment flows, and provide technical guidance throughout implementation using technologies such as JavaScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, Python, .Net, AWS, Terraform.
- Build custom proof-of-concepts, implementation examples, and tailored solutions that align with each customer’s architecture, payment providers, and business requirements. Help customers accelerate adoption by solving complex integration challenges and recommending best practices for security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop strong technical partnerships by acting as an extension of customers' engineering teams. Troubleshooting production issues, and investigating platform behavior across distributed systems, and collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to deliver reliable solutions while continuously improving the customer experience.
Senior Software Engineer
11 Months- Led a large-scale modernization initiative to migrate a legacy monolithic application into a Domain-Driven Design (DDD) microservices architecture.
