Note: I started working evening and weekend events as needed for Seasons Catering while I was working full time at Commonwealth Eye Surgery. When I left Commonwealth Eye Surgery, I worked at Seasons full time until finding another clerical position. I still work events for Seasons on an as-needed basis. My duties are as follows:


  • Compile checklist of all items needed for an upcoming event and pack these items using appropriate storage containers used to transport.
  • Check supply levels and replenish items as needed for dining and catering functions.
  • Stock cupboards and refrigerators and tend salad bars and buffet meals.
  • Listen to negative and positive feedback from guests to improve customer service quality.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service during high-volume work shifts and fast-paced operations.
  • Prepare a variety of foods according to exact instructions and recipe specifications.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations and storage areas.
  • Prepare workstations with ingredients and tools to increase efficiency.
