Roles And Responsibilities

  • Complete student registration and withdrawals. Coordinate student bus registration and reassignment
  • Forward applicant resumes received to the principal in a timely manner
  • Answer phone and respond to inquiries; direct calls to appropriate individuals; take and relay messages; maintain communication between Principal, Staff, and Vendors.
  • Coordinate drafting and distribution of office communications including office memos, letters, and other notices.
  • Maintain general office management functions including mail, scheduling meetings, complete work orders, perform routine clerical/secretarial/receptionist functions such as typing, filing, photocopying, scanning, greeting visitors, etc.
  • ADP Training for payroll submission and tracking purposes as needed. Assist with auditing of various payroll data entry. Filing; Manage payroll files storage.
  • Process and track PTO days and request.
  • Perform other duties or special projects as required or assigned (Billboard, Fund Raising, Field Day, Morning Announcements, etc.)
  • Supervise Oversees multiple operational teams responsible for the revenue cycle projects for one or multiple clients
  • Develop and sustain high performance work teams and practices that consistently achieve organization goals and internal and external customer satisfaction
  • Administrative liaison between Billing & Collections, Reimbursement & Doctors and facilities
