· Oversees training opportunities for OGC staff and General Counsel.
· Maintain General Counsel and Deputy General Counsel’s calendar.

· Proactively monitor news outlets for threats and notifying proper authorities, and taking actions.
· Prepare Daily JSTACC and Crime Briefing Reports for MPD officials.
· Push BOLO’s and Intelligence Branch Bulletins to Department.
· Monitoring NetViewer database in real-time to provide support to MPD units and officials.
· Dispatch LPR hits and ShotSpotter alerts over the radio to MPD officers and officials.
· Maintained Fusion Desk duties which includes drafting Felony Warrants and Auto Theft Tables.
· Review and edit part 1 offense reports prior to adding to Daily JSTACC report.
· Train new members on various CIC functions and confidential matters.
· Conduct heavy volume of telephone calls using a multi-line switchboard.
· Managed, administered, and maintained the Asset Forfeiture and Seized Property Helpdesk; the Helpdesk provides mission support to ATF Agents and Field Team members with inquires on property and case status.
