In every stop in my professional journey I've had a thirst to learn and grow believing no matter the situation or circumstance I have the ability to gain something lifelong from the opportunity. One of my philosophies in hospitality is the belief that a restaurant is a home to which we extend genuine courteous service and care to all guests that enter that home as we would family with the laws/rules of hospitality extending as far back as human history. I take pride in my work, fundamentally hold that the whole is bigger than any one individual, and possess the view that the difference between good and great is in the small details; imploring myself to strive for excellence everyday, in all aspects, personal, and professional. Crossed trained as a function bartender for events ranging between 20 and 150 people. For three months I worked as a Monday bar back to help and would inventory the liquor room for the Tuesday liquor orders. Helped fill staffing needs and worked at their Bridgewater as well Fall River location. As a server I was consistently top three in PPA sales at the West Bridgewater location.
