- As an Andover Bread Loaf Writing Leader (WL), I worked alongside fellow WL's to inspire local 7th-8th graders' literacy development.
- Together, we created a space for honest writing and blooming creativity. We encouraged them to express themselves through their words as art, and supported them in sharing their work through the public speaking aspect of their poetry.
- We modeled positive behavior for students, created and led workshops, and fostered community.

- As one of two Co-Presidents, or Co-heads, I helped lead a board of students to ideate, plan, promote, and host events that bring together the black-identifying students across our campus.
- I was a main point of contact between other DSDI organizations while orchestrating events, making sure that communication remained clear and efficient throughout all planning.
- I reached out to the appropriate offices, faculty, and advisors when applicable, and finalized event details through official channels.
- I oversaw meetings, put out fires, acted as a helping hand, and built friendships amongst the whole of the Black student body.
