• Contributed to institutional guideline for the management of COVID-19 associated venous thromboembolism and delivered presentations to medical professionals caring to patients with COVID-19 in different treatment centers
• Served as a senior consultant and member of the hospital blood transfusion committee and helped improve the safety and efficiency of blood transfusion service through evidence-based blood transfusion practices and training health professionals
• Conducted several Continuous Medical Education (CMEs) and update lectures to different medical communities-faculty members, residents, professional society annual conferences and private hospital practitioners (List available on request)
• Conducted survey to identify practice gap and led a departmental team of task force and implemented Venous Thromboembolism-Safety Zone (VTE-Safety zone) and improved adherence by 20%
• Led a team of Resident Mentorship Committee ( RMC) to tackle a growing problem of poor academic performance and psychological problems among medical residency trainees and introduced mentorship program that brought a remarkable satisfaction to faculties and trainees
