• Determine final eligibility for Refugee Medical Assistance (RMA) and ORR-funded Medical Assistance (OFMA) and serve as a benefits coordinator by providing quality assurance controls, communicating final eligibility, and authorizing health benefits coverage through electronic elegibility determination portal.
• Serve as a key point of contact and coordinate with Replacement Designees (RDs) in MRD stateProvide case consultation, care coordination support, and training to partner agencies.
• Provide training and technical assistance to support culturally and linguistically appropriate services and increased access to services.
• Prepare program data reports and performance indicators for audit.
• Contribute to development and revisions of statewide documents, policies, procedures, and practices to promote high-quality and cost-effective refugee health services.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
