Through this grant, Computer Science class is offered to each student of all five middle schools of Raleigh County WV
2. Received a grant titled “Pilot Data Science Class Curriculum for Middle Schools in West Virginia”, from National Science Foundation, supplemental to NSF Award 2031355, $181,099 to initiate Data Science in Middle Schools in West Virginia
3. Received a grant titled “Enacting the CS Education in West Virginia”, from West Virginia Department of Education. $400,000
4. Received a grant titled “EASY CS-STEM: Engaging After School Year-Round in CS-STEM”, funded by Toyota USA Foundation, $189,000 to operate after school programs for middle schools of four counties of West Virginia
5. Received Google Educators grant for six years and arranged CS workshops for k12 teachers
6. Received Philanthropy grant from Toyota Manufacturing WV, every year for 8 years and arranged seven “Academy” STEM Camps designed to inspire female high school students in STEM
7. Awarded three years in a row the “Improving Teachers Quality (ITQ)” grant from WV Higher Education Policy Commission and conducted STEM workshops for middle school and high school students of WV
8. Received grant from a local foundation (Carter Family Foundation) for three years in a row to organize after school programs for middle school students of WV
9. Awarded two years in a row from a local Foundation Greater Kanawha Valley Foundation (GKVF) to organize West Virginia’s first girls only VEX Robotics competition
10. Received Community grant for three years in a row from a local Foundation called Beckley area Foundation to support after school programs for middle school students of WV
