Summary

A former History Teacher who has committed several years in the classroom to help students understand their rights and exercise their civic duties. The goal was to support students in understanding Social Studies concepts, cultivating an appreciation for global citizenship, and fostering skills in communication, creativity and advocacy . I am eager to continue to inspire others, outside of the classroom, in developing an awareness of identity, privilege, and cultural differences, as well as promote a sensitivity around inclusion.
