Aggie Saltman

Serve as a liaison for New Mexico State University (NMSU) with congressional members and staff, and legislators to advocate for NMSU. Engage with NMSU community and outreach to government officials and stakeholders for the benefit of NMSU.

Works with NMSU faculty and staff to seek federal funding and support efforts. Plans meetings, hearings, tours, and other events to expose and inform lawmakers and stakeholders of activities and work at NMSU.

Develop and implement strategies to attain funding for New Mexico State University activities, and determine impact of federal legislation on the university.

Met with constituencies and organizations to determine how the office may assist.

Set up meetings and planned events when Senator visited New Mexico.
