- Lightning connector: Responsible for bringing up two new suppliers simultaneously with a total of 2M units per day capacity at launch. Worked closely with automation engineer to set up highly complex equipment with long lead times.
- AirPods (1st gen): Launched the extremely complex product (2 Pods and 1 case) as the only Operations Product Manager. Worked with the supplier to set up over 600 stations, reviewed equipment ETA and line bring up schedule to ensure ramp was on time.
