I have joined Carnival Cruise Line in 2010 onboard Carnival Liberty as a Laundry Attendant. His career grew as Assistant Laundry Manager on his 2nd contract onboard Carnival Sensation. On his 3rd contract, he got a chance to become Acting Laundry Manager and got promoted to Laundry Manager on his 4th contract onboard Carnival Sunshine. Over the past years, joined Carnival Destiny transformed into the Carnival Sunshine team in Trieste, Italy, and the Start-up team onboard Carnival Horizon in Marghera, Italy.
My dedication and passion for the cruise industry have been growing alongside my experience.
My interest in traveling and finding new experiences led me into the cruise ship industry until now.

Operation Manager for TMC Indonesia

The Operations Manager, of TMC Project will be
responsible as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and will support the TMC Indonesia project team and as well as our new agency partners for the establishment of the Team Member Center (TMC) in Indonesia (Bali) and ensure that all new processes and procedures are implemented and adhered to by Indonesian team members both old and new in coordination with the Team Onboard.

His/her responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Ensure the Operations Leaders and staff have the tools and available knowledge to implement and provide an exceptional end-to-end service delivery process till the Team Members are deployed.
  • Oversee for ensuring all processes, and procedures of the TM Center are implemented and adhered to CCL procedures.
  • Provide service or support related matters involving the TMC Indonesia such as regularly making strategic, tactical, operational, and standard decisions have significant impacts on the CCL.
  • Develop process mapping/documentation and provide recommendations to improve process efficiency.
  • Uphold an ethical and compliant culture by showing integrity, honesty, respectful treatment of others, and willingness to speak up when they see misconduct or have concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Director of an official partner for TMC Indonesia to oversee the day-to-day activities of the Team Member Center (TMC) included monitoring the activities of the Technical Hosts and ensuring that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Collaborate with the Director of an official partner for the TMC Indonesia for operational report.
  • Lead the team and ensure that strategic objectives are met consistently.
  • Proactively visits and monitors TMC employee work areas to ensure a positive work environment. Interacts fully with all employees and monitors guest service levels by observing and engaging with team members in their work area.
  • Communicate with other TMCs external Indonesia to align TMCs approaches, strengthen TMCs collaboration, and address any challenges that occurs.

Fleet Laundry Manager

The Senior Manager of Laundry is responsible for the
supervision of all fleet-wide laundry and linen operations. And will ensure effective management and operation of the laundry and linen rooms on board each of the vessels in the CCL fleet.
