I'm Currently a Walmart stocking 2 team lead. Which is a position that I was training to Acquire for the first 5 months at the company.

The position is fast pace yet meticulous, As I am in charge of the entire backroom.

The job entailed requires Strong set of Verbal/Communication and Leadership skills as you are constantly Uplifting, Directing, Explaining and leading your team to various tasks to be accomplished in a very Efficient yet detailed oriented way. Which is something that I found not to difficult a challenge considering I had to manage crews as a chemical technician.

However being a team lead; also means meeting the expectations that the company sets. Listening and adhering to my managers to alleviate the demand, has been beneficial to the team as a whole.

I have to continuously relay proper communication that helps other team leads across the store so that we meet and or surpass our various weekly and monthly goals.

Below is a breakdown of daily tasks that I have to meet to ensure the success of my team:

• Making sure all trucks in the backroom are unloaded.
• All of the electronics from the truck be secured in Electronics Cage.
• All shrink from the backroom to be properly claimed and discarded.
• Making sure the pharmacy freight is sorted and delivered.
• Working on the freight and Delivering the remainder of the freight to the floor.
• Using various Machinery Fork lift, Electric Pallet jack, Scissor lift.
• As well as making sure the entire backroom is cleaned and turned for the next Stocking shift.

I was a Landscaper/Chemical Spray Technician for about 3 years. The Job involved quite a bit of Attention to Detail, This Includes doing Multiple New Community landscapes And Doing Various Tasks Within a Timely Manner.

While working as a Chemical Technician i had to manage a crew of 3 other trucks and had to insure that we finished the properties we were given in the right amount of time.

• The job Most of the time requires me to ask and supply customers with Effective and Efficient care to the job entailed.

• Below is some of the various task I do at the Job.

• Diagnosed problems with equipment and performed regular maintenance to keep equipment functional.

• Cared for lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, grubbing and trimming and edging around walks, walls and flower beds.

• Applied weed-control and pest-killing chemicals to lawns to protect growth and improve attractiveness.

• Maintained grounds including trimming, weeding and general clean-up.
• Mixed and sprayed fertilizers, herbicides and insecticides onto shrubs, trees and grass to maintain soil fertility and defend against weeds and insects.

• Handled a Variety of calls in a Timely Manner to address customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintained excellent attendance record, consistently arriving to work on time.
• Resolved Various problems, improved operations and provided exceptional client support.
