Ahinthe Peries

I volunteered as a student assistant that I received credit for at Bonanza High School, Las Vegas, Nevada. I was the student assistant to a Health Science teacher. My duties as a student assistant were the following.

• Assisting in grading student assignments
• Moving around supplies within the classroom,
• Setting up EMT equipment for student activities weekly,
• Maintaining the classrooms cleanliness
• Monitoring student behavior
• Participated in training sessions, acquiring skills in volunteer coordination and management.
• Took and followed detailed directions from others.
• Worked in team environment to maintain high levels of productivity
