• Reading work orders / verbal instructions to find out what materials, products, or containers need to be moved.
• Loading / unloading materials (by hand or using equipment) from pallets, racks, trays, etc.
• Moving / staging materials to/from storage, production lines, or staging/shipping areas.

Technician:

• Diagnosing hardware and software issues with Apple devices (Macs, iPhones, iPads, etc.)
• Performing repairs: replacing components, soldering, replacing screens, cleaning internals, etc.
• Setting up new devices for customers; helping new owners through initial setup.
• Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues (could be software malfunctions, network, connectivity, etc.)
• Maintaining knowledge of product updates (new hardware/software), features, best practices.
• Communication / customer service: explaining problems and solutions, sometimes escalating more complicated issues. Gr
